Why do you think they can settle in a horror setting if they’re under 18?: To be on the safe side: the first two months of Hakuno's known life was essentially a kill-or-be-killed desperate struggle for survival involving entering a dangerous maze each week with only her Servants for protection, culminating in derailing a world-ending threat. After that she dealt with her Servants essentially fighting a civil war while building the kingdom they founded together, and then once that was resolved, she in her role as Sovereign maneuvered a group of Servants to defend and overturn a siege/invasion by yet another possibly world ending threat for a solid week, while also at times weathering literal cannon fire with the aid of a small army of attack programs under her command. Survival and quick thinking in the face of overwhelming odds, upsetting twists, and sudden horrifying enemies is old hat, by now.

Canon Abilities/Powers:
As the Sovereign, she can provide mana and form Contracts with an indeterminate number of Servants, but likely with a hard limit of 128 as that is the cap for what the Moon Cell itself can support at any given time.

As a Master, she can perform support tasks and use Code Casts to heal Servants, create a decoy item to attract enemy attacks, temporarily increase attack, speed, defense, luck, range of attack, and resistance to different elements, cure status effects such as paralysis or poison, and some can also be used to detonate small 'bomb' element attacks (circa Extella) but these skills are only showcased in tandem with a Contracted Servant during battle. Each Code Cast has a limited number (1-7) of uses before Hakuno exhausts it, and she can only have four Code Casts equipped at any given time, installed via a Mystic Code. When Contracted with a Servant, she can use up to three Command Seals on them. The Mystic Codes available to her also include a means of increasing the likelihood of finding high quality 'treasure,' though I assume there's no way to integrate that into the game setting here.

Via the Regalia, the symbol of her Royal Authority as Sovereign and Winner of the Holy Grail War, she can install costumes for Servants (though she cannot modify or resize them from their set measurements), swap out the Mystic Codes in use, and can store Quantum Pieces (QP), though in a non-SE.RA.PH environment she does not have the tools to craft QP into new or upgraded Mystic Codes. She just has several million pieces of very shiny magical semi-real crystal sitting pixelated in her internal storage that she can't process into anything usable without somehow obtaining the requisite refinement tools from the Moon Cell.

What is their greatest negative emotion towards an object, situation, or person in their past?:
The greatest negative emotion Hakuno has ever felt, hands down, has been the naked resentment and hatred backing her desire to end the Holy Grail War. She was born into that conflict, and for the sake of her own survival, had to defeat others and cause their elimination. Every waking moment was a struggle, and every victory was hellish and paid for in the lives of others. Hakuno's first two opponents in this periodic, ceaseless conflict, were actual children, and it left a bitter pain in her that she has never been able to fully forget, even after having her consciousness split immediately after winning the War. Overcoming the bloody conflict and making sure it could never cause another tragedy was a major driving force for her, growing even deeper and greater than her initial meager, fragile hope to simply be allowed to live.

How strongly do they feel about the negative subject matter, on the scale of one to ten?:
7 now, because she has successfully put an end to it in her timeline. The feeling itself hasn't faded from the 10 it was during the War, specifically, but she managed to gain closure by putting a stop to the War she hated so much. She was able to take over the tool that ground through so many human lives, and turned it to a creative purpose, building new lands and lives and even welcoming in refugees from Earth, rather than human Wizards trapped in that bloody conflict. Her position as Sovereign of the Moon Cell has granted her, if not peace (thanks to continuing, outside threats), then some manner of closure. In the first game of the series, Fate/Extra, she defeated the man who had been keeping the Grail War constantly occurring, looking for somebody to make a wish that he approved of, and in doing so ensured that the tragedy she went through would never again be repeated. Her dark feelings on the War itself will never truly fade, but the rest of her life and options and loved ones have brightened and expanded to the point that the dark feelings are shifted to the back of her mind.

What is their greatest virtue?:
She never gives up. Listed in official materials as her main talent of note, Hakuno has unwavering conviction once she sets her mind on something. No matter what, once she makes a decision, she sees it through to the end, no matter the personal cost or effort required from her. This trait has led her to save the Earth and humanity itself at least three times to date. Even when her initial perceived amnesia was revealed to simply be a consequence of not having memories to remember at all, even when faced with the fact that she was a mistaken NPC somehow tangled into the role of the Master, meant for deletion, Hakuno's desire to keep moving forward drove her onward, with the support of her Servants.

How aware are they of their virtue, on a scale from one to ten?:
10 but she's rather sardonic about it, and nothing if not well aware of the costs and risks that go hand in hand with her stubborn resolve. Going through the trials and tribulations that she had to overcome, there was literally no choice but not to give up. "I'm here because I've accumulated victories and crushed dreams," she says herself to one of the arbiters near the end of the Grail War. "Because of the cost to others, I can't even imagine failure." Even if each step forward was agonizing, even if the cost of her own life was the loss of another's, the only other option was to be erased herself. And even as she raged and despaired and struggled, giving up and dying was the only thing she couldn't bring herself to do. Each life that was extinguished to let her move forward became one more reason she had to win, had to keep moving, had to keep surviving on and on and on, no matter what might still lie ahead of her or what she has to suffer through to get there.

Special notes
Most of Hakuno's skills are specifically built to support others, but please let me know if any of them should be modified for a more balanced game environment.
